Well today I went to the surgeons' office and met Dr.Huynh. He was really nice and answered all my questions. Then it was time to step on the ugly scale and I've lost 10 pounds!!! I guess not eating has really paid off. I was so scared and just so upset with myself for eating but the doctor told me not to make a big deal of it so I'm not. Can't beat myself up about it since it really is a hard thing to be doing.
5 more days until the surgery and I'm ready and looking forward to it just being over. Starting my new life just sounds and feels great. Things seem to just be going well right now and I really feel good about it.
